The City of Ballarat (the owners of the hall) have an emergency phone number for all of it’s facilities, you can contact their after hours reception on: (03) 5320 5500
Look at the calendar on the Booking Page. The calendar shows bookings for all rooms on the current day. (To check room availability on other days, choose a different date)
Submit a booking request on the Booking Page. If the Hall is available when you want it enter your contact details and any special needs, select the date/s that you want to book, then click on the start and finish times on the calendar. You must acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Conditions of Hire for the Buninyong Town Hall. The Town Hall Booking Officer will get back to you to confirm your request.
No, the Hall is likely to be booked the following morning and needs to be clean and ready for the use of the next hirer (ie; the hall should be left in the same condition as you found it in).
NO. Smoking is banned in all City of Ballarat facilities. Smoking is permitted outside the hall (NOT on the verandah/portico).
The Hall is NOT a licensed premises and any information in regard to whether you need a licence is your responsibility and information can be found at: Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation – www.vcglr.vic.gov.au
No, we regret that the Buninyong Town Hall cannot be hired for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
Yes, the Buninyong Town Hall has enough chairs and trestle tables for 100+ people. There is no extra fee.
